1-PRICING:

Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2-PRICING ERRORS:

J2 MOBILE reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reasons.

J2 MOBILE will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

3-PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:

*EXPRESS DELIVERY ORDERS

1Pm SGT is our cutoff time for same day processing when selecting the Express Delivery option. If you place an order before this time it will be dispatched to our delivery partner the same working business day. If your order is placed after 1Pm, it will be processed and dispatched the next working business day.

*STANDARD DELIVERY ORDERS

All orders with the Standard Delivery option will be processed and dispatched from our store within 1-3 working business days. Our delivery is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.

**Out of stock items: If the product are out of stock at the time when your order is placed, we will contact you.

4-RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

Do ensure that your order is fully wrapped up in bubble bag,original seal on the box should not be broken or tampered with. A receipt will be issued for Warranty Claims to the respective manufacturers.(We do not reissue receipt if you misplaced it)

5-PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDERS:

6-FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS:

We will accept faulty product returns provided they meet the following guidelines:

• Return within 1 day
• Return with proof of purchase
• Item must NOT be scratch,dents or crack with all original accessories included

7-RETURNS PROCESS:

Head to our store with the products and receipt,we will confirm that our faulty products return policy has been met and will help you with an exchange of the same model.

• 1 location in Singapore
• Total order less than 1kg

• All Airports including Changi Airport, Airline House, and high security areas
• Parliament House
• IRAS
• All Prisons or detention facilities
• All immigration checkpoints including Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints
• Senoko Incineration Plant
• Resort World at Sentosa
• All Power Statiions
• Outskirt Industrial areas
• Tuas south Ave and surrounding industrial areas
• Embassies or Intenational schools with high security entry
• Marina Bay Sands
